A high-energy Afro-Latin dance fitness class featuring 30 minutes of Zumba and 30 minutes of Afro-Latin cardio. All levels welcome!

We’re back! Kick off the new season with FLO° HAUS and join us for our first class back — only $5 for everyone!

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve danced with us before, this is the perfect chance to discover or rediscover the FLO° HAUS experience and see if it’s your flow.

Get ready to move, sweat and have fun!

Join FLO° HAUS for a 60-minute high-energy class featuring:

30 minutes of Zumba

30 minutes of Afro-Latin Cardio

Dance to the sounds of Afrobeat, Salsa, Merengue, Dancehall, Hip-Hop, Amapiano and more in a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

All ages, All levels! Everyone is welcome

No dance experience needed. Come solo or bring a friend and experience a workout that feels more like a party.
